Seeking God’s Direction
We are followers of Jesus Christ seeking to worship and serve God, together.
We want to stay focused on God’s priorities. That is always a challenge! It can be even harder within a big denomination that may not be sure what it believes. So we are independent right now. We do hope in the future we may belong to a larger family of congregations – a denomination – that fully values God’s unchanging word.
God is good. After several months of meeting to seek his guidance, God opened the way forward for us to worship and serve together as a church. We continue to seek his direction, but we know:
- We will be faithful to scripture
- We will be disciples, and make disciples
- We will be Jesus’ hands and feet in serving our neighbours in Huntsville
Especially if you are not already part of a congregation, you are welcome to join us! Come one time, or any time!

In the beginning, the Word
was with God, and was God.
God’s Word gives life. It’s there to change us. It’s not for us to change.
Be disciples,
make disciples
First follow Jesus, and continue to learn. Then go into all of world, making disciples, sharing the life-transforming direction our good God has given.
Jesus’ hands
and feet
Jesus allows us to work with Him by showing His love to those around us in Huntsville, especially those that are sometimes overlooked.
Special Project:
Our Summer Camps
God has been transforming lives through our summer camps for nearly a hundred years. We see God changing campers, but he also works in the lives of the many volunteer leaders.
Several of our youth are serving in camp ministries this year, some at Camp Mini Yo We, and others at Ontario Pioneer Camp.
We at The Bridge are giving to help support our young leaders, and Muskoka Christian camp ministries. Learn more about the need, and how you can give.
