It may not have been the coldest night of the year, but it was pretty chilly!
On Saturday, February 28, 2026, a team from The Bridge joined over one hundred other walkers to support The Table foodbank in Huntsville.
As a team, we were pleased to raise over $3,900 – nearly four times our original goal. And with more than 15 people walking, from very tall to very small, we were one of the larger non-corporate teams.
So a big “Thank you” to all who walked, all who contributed, all who prayed, and all who organized and volunteered!
Just as we were able to do more by working together as one team, so the 30 teams working cooperating did even more: Over $70,000 was raised altogether, and there is still money coming in.
Pray that God continues to bless the ministry of The Table, staff and volunteers, as they reach out in very practical ways to the hungry, the hurting and the homeless in our community. Pray also that God continues to lead us at The Bridge to serve him in big annual events like this, and also to serve in being Jesus hands and feet to meet the week-by-week needs of everyone in Huntsville.
